About the Role We are looking for a skilled Project Lead to take part in a high -impactproject focused on developing and implementing next -generation automatedmanufacturing systems to modernize production processes, introduce advancedcontrol systems and improve energy efficiency. Your role will directlyinfluence the successful delivery of a solution that will be rolled outinternationally, setting new standards for operational performance. ​Contract Type: Freelance / Contractor (12–15 months, plannedduration - till the end of 2026) Hybrid Mode: 3 days office + 2 days home office Location: South of the Czech Republic Responsibilities Overview · Leadindustrial project delivery (capacity increase, automation, processoptimization) from concept through execution.· Prepareand validate business cases, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, andoperational objectives.· Developand maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget,and resource allocation.· Manage andinspire cross -functional project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring effectivecollaboration.· Identifypotential risks and implement mitigation strategies to secure delivery andminimize disruption.· Monitorand control project progress, ensuring deliverables meet agreed scope, cost,quality, and timeline.· Overseechange management processes and proactively address deviations.· Providetransparent communication to stakeholders and senior management through regularprogress reports.· Ensure alldeliverables comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, andstakeholder expectations.· Driveissue resolution during the project lifecycle, maintaining momentum and projectcontinuity.· Promotecontinuous improvement by optimizing processes and embedding best practices.· Motivatethe team to achieve project goals and contribute to international rolloutreadiness.
