P&O Knowledge Management Lead

Drive the execution of the P&O Knowledge Management (KM) strategy bydesigning and implementing frameworks that enable seamless knowledge accessacross the function. Ensure priorities are clearly defined and communicated,conduct assessments, and develop the target operating model and portfolio. Lead the planning and oversight of knowledgerelated investments and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsand tracking performance against adoption and impact metrics. Champion operational excellence by embeddingknowledge management into core P&O processes, streamlining knowledge flows,and optimizing resource allocation to support continuous learning and strategicdecision -making.• Lead the creation of a comprehensive KnowledgeManagement strategy for the P&O function, ensuring it aligns with broaderorganizational goals and objectives. This includes defining key milestones,resources, and timelines for successful execution. • Establish Governance: Set up governanceframeworks to ensure consistent, high -quality, and secure knowledge sharing. • Drive Knowledge Management system usage: Overseethe deployment and continuous enhancement of Knowledge Management tools andplatforms in collaboration with P&O Digital and Technology partners,ensuring they are user -friendly, well -integrated, and widely adopted by P&Oteams • Facilitate Knowledge sharing: Identify keyknowledge gaps and promote initiatives that encourage employees to shareexpertise, insights, and best practices, both formally (through structuredsystems) and informally (through collaboration and mentoring). • Measure Impact & Improve: Regularly trackand report on the effectiveness of KM initiatives, using KPIs and metrics toevaluate performance. Implement continuous improvements to increase theaccessibility, usage, and value of knowledge within the function. • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closelywith P&O Digital and Technology partners to align Knowledge Managementinitiatives with functional needs and technological solutions. Activelyparticipate in cross -functional meetings and forums to integrate KnowledgeManagement practices with other P&O technologies. • Champion Change Management for KnowledgeManagement Initiatives: Lead change management efforts for new KnowledgeManagement initiatives by creating clear communication plans, providingtraining, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process • Any other accountability as assigned by theGlobal Head P&O Strategy & Portfolio Key Performance Indicators (Indicate howperformance will be measured: indicators, activities) • Execution of Knowledge Management StrategyRoadmap: Delivery of defined short - and mid -term initiatives according toagreed milestones. • Knowledge Management Adoption Across P&O:P&O teams actively using KM solutions and contributing to knowledge assets • Operational Integration of Knowledge Management: Number of core P&O processes and policies with embedded KM practices(e.g., onboarding, M&A, transformation projects). • KM Impact & Efficiency Gains: Demonstratedreduction in duplicated work or time -to -access critical knowledge, supported bystakeholder feedback or usage analytics. Ideal Background/Requirements (State the minimumand desirable education and experience level; any othersoft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements) Requirements• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master'sdegree in business discipline/ MBA is preferred Experience • 7+ years of experience in Program Management,Knowledge Management, Change Management, or related fields. • Proven experience designing and implementingKnowledge Management strategies in a global, matrixed environment. • Strong understanding of Knowledge Managementtools, taxonomies, and AI -enabled knowledge discovery. • Experience in P&O is a strong plus. • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management,and communication skills. Languages • Excellent oral & written communication inEnglish Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability totranslate business needs into effective Knowledge Management solutions • Strong stakeholder management and influencingskills across a global, matrixed organization • Expertise in Knowledge Management platforms,content lifecycle management, and digital collaboration tools • Proven ability to drive adoption and changethrough clear communication, engagement, and enablement
