Cattron is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Digital to play a key role within our global marketing team. Based in Cattron's Almelo office, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and generate qualified leads.

As a vital member of 'the global marketing team, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. You will manage Cattron's digital presence and its brands across various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms. With your creative ideas, analytical skills, and hands-on approach, you will ensure that our products are recognized worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and has a proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns. You are capable of making data-driven decisions, devising creative solutions, and making an impact in a dynamic, international environment.

• Digital strategy and execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of our brands and products worldwide.
• Website management and optimization: Ensure an optimal user experience, clear brand messaging, and up-to-date product information on our (WordPress) websites.
• Social media strategy: Manage and expand the social media presence of Cattron and its brands. Develop strategic plans, publish engaging content, and analyze performance based on engagement KPIs.
• Email marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads, support product launches, and increase customer engagement.
• Digital campaigns: Design and execute integrated digital campaigns through SEO, SEA, display, and social media to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analysis and reporting: Analyze digital performance data and provide strategic recommendations. Prepare reports on web traffic, campaign ROI, conversion metrics, and user behavior.
• Content creation: Develop inspiring digital content, such as web copy, social media posts, emails, and campaign assets, that align perfectly with our brand identity.
• Collaboration and coordination: Work with international teams, external agencies, and partners to successfully execute campaigns and projects.
• Branding: Actively build the brand identity and visibility of Cattron and its brands within Europe, ensuring stronger market positioning.

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in an industrial or technology-oriented B2B environment.
• Expertise in SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation (HubSpot is a plus).
• Experience managing websites, digital advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and social media channels.
• Creativity, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, independent work attitude and the flexibility to adapt quickly.
• Experience with sales through multiple channels and distribution partners is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in an industrial or technology-oriented B2B company.
