What you'll build

• Support our cash collection efforts to increase overall SAP Cash Flow by managing open receivables.
• Focus will be on UK customers, which strongly contribute to EMEA region
• Interact daily with customers and SAP internal departments such as Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community, Controlling and others
• Investigate billing and contractual discrepancies to ensure timely payments
• Spot risks and ensure timely escalation to management
• Meet Cash Collection KPI and participate to process implementation and developmen

What you bring

• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Financial background
• Professional knowledge of the MS Suite (basic formulas and understanding in Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Solution oriented and self-driven with an innovative approach to address daily challenges
• Open for change with an agile mindset and demonstrating resilience
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Enjoying teamwork and readiness to learn from other
