Job Purpose:

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing employee documentation, including scanning and archiving personal files, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general HR administrative tasks. You'll play a key part in the digitalization of our archive.

This is an on-site part-time position with flexible work schedule.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning of personal employee files
  • Systematic sorting and logical organization of documents in online folders as well as in the physical folders in the required format and location
  • Maintaining and managing the physical/online archive, to ensure everything is properly filed
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team on various tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other HR-related duties as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience working with PDF format
  • Experience with scanning is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
