Your role and responsibilities

Are you interested in gaining valuable HR experience in an international company? Our HR department in the ELDS division in Brno is looking for a motivated part-time colleague for a long-term role in HR support.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS Division in Brno.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Support for the Front Office HR department (handling ad hoc requests from managers and employees, handingover exit forms for departing employees, collecting signed employment-related documents)
  • Printing, compiling, and issuing employment-related documents
  • Coordinating internships and excursions for primary, secondary, and university students, including internship agreements
  • Organizing and supporting employee training activities
  • Supporting the organization of foreign language courses
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees (preparing welcome packages, supporting mandatory introductory trainings)
  • Creating purchase orders for the HR office
  • Providing cover for colleagues during vacation periods (ad hoc requests)

Qualifications for the role

  • Secondary school or university education
  • Intermediate knowledge of English
  • Availability to work at least 2 days per week on-site, approx hours per week
  • Reliability, accuracy, and independence
