Do našeho týmu v Českých Budějovicích hledáme Sales Analyst - Reporting Specialist, který bude zodpovědný za sběr, vyhodnocování a automatizaci firemních dat. Ideální kandidát by měl mít analytické myšlení, smysl pro detail a chuť přinášet inovace v oblasti datové analýzy a reportingu.

Ve PHOTOMATE poskytujeme komplexní řešení v oblasti obnovitelné energie a jsme distributorem solárních měničů, bateriových úložišť, nabíjecích stanic pro elektromobily a tepelných čerpadel ve střední a východní Evropě, Skandinávii a střední Asii.

Co bude náplní Tvé práce?

  • Tvorba a správa firemních reportů, sledování a vyhodnocování dat v korporátních reportovacích nástrojích
  • Automatizace procesů pro sledování a hlášení chyb
  • Příprava jednoduchých ad-hoc reportů v Excelu dle potřeby
  • Údržba stávajících reportů – aktualizace dat, implementace změn a úprav
  • Příprava prezentací a pravidelná aktualizace dat pro firemní prezentace
  • Spolupráce s IT oddělením na implementaci AI řešení v rámci společnosti

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti budeš potřebovat?

  • Minimálně 2 roky praxe na obdobné pozici (reporting, analýza dat, sales support apod.)
  • Pokročilá znalost MS Office, především Excel (Power Query, kontingenční tabulky, funkce)
  • Zkušenost se systémem SAP (výhodou)
  • Znalost SQL (výhodou)
  • Čeština (min. B2) a Angličtina (min. B2)
