Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex IT scenarios and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support IT product owners in designing and implementing technical solutions.
  • Organize and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed presentations, decision memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate and support project management activities (PMO).

Specific Work Packages Include:

  • Prepare technical materials for decision memos on barcode logistics.
  • Draft and align API data models for shipment information exchange.
  • Develop epics and user stories for ongoing development.
  • Revise security/compliance documentation, including ISO 27001:2022 updates.
  • Plan and supervise disaster recovery tests with DevOps teams.

What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills:

  • IT Analysis & Solution Design: Expertise in analyzing complex systems and designing technical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in requirement gathering and cross-functional team alignment.
  • Project & PMO Support: Experience in coordinating technical workstreams and supporting delivery teams.
  • Documentation & Communication: Proficiency in preparing comprehensive documentation and presentations.
  • Security & Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022, RTO/RPO planning, and related documentation.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with LeanIX, diagramming tools, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong technical and business documentation skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent work ethic.
  • Comfortable handling both technical and business-facing responsibilities.
