Requirements and Skills:
  • Min. 2+years of experience in similar area
  • Experience with IT standards, methods and tools such as agile,devops, problem solving techniques
  • Understand IS fundamentals
  • Knowledge of microservices and its architecture
  • Awareness of functional and technical architecture rules
  • Awareness of quality and security standards
  • Ability to translate IT & technical language into business rationale
  • Fluent Czech and English languages
  • Analytical and logical thinking, organizational skills enabling to work in a complex environment

Mission:
  • Management of insurance release process
Responsibilities:
  • Definition of insurance companies core system release plan
  • Responsibility of release plan fulfillment
  • Change management of the release plan
  • Continuous improvement of the release process
  • Involvement in Projects and their succcessfull completion
Main activities:
  • Implementing and managing release processes of software.
  • Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
  • Negotiates, plans and manages all release activities.
  • Working collaboratively with all participants in software development projects such as testing, development, devops, business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate release content in cooperation with the demand management function based on the backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.
  • Communicate release notes – scope and plan to all interested parties.
  • Deals with release package acceptance including business sign off.
  • Manages deployment of software to production.
  • Drive change management process and attend CAB
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time.
  • Manage all aspects of the end to end release process
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
