YOUR ROLE
As an IT Solutions Architect, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technology solutions.
Your main responsibility will be to lead the technical aspects of the company's global initiative to replace our core operating and master data system.
Leveraging your background in software development and system architecture, you will oversee the technical aspects of this initiative and ensure that the solution is maintainable, scalable, and performs well.
This role involves collaborating with business units, IT leadership, and development teams across Europe and India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Landscape: Design of the new in-house built global operating system

Strategic Architecture: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints that align IT capabilities with business strategy.

System Design & Integration: Define end-to-end system architecture, ensuring interoperability, scalability, performance, and infrastructure.

Technology Roadmaps: Drive long-term technology planning, including adoption of emerging technologies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical Guidance: Mentor developers, system architects, and engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and integration approaches.

Risk & Security Management: Identify technology risks and design resilient, secure systems aligned with compliance requirements.
