Job Description

What can you expect from this position?

As a ITSM Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing ServiceNow solutions, gaining hands-on experience with the platform.
  • Close cooperation with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop a roadmap for their ServiceNow implementation.
  • Technical Development including custom scripts, development of new applications and creation of custom user interfaces.
  • Ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and identification of opportunities for further optimization.

Your role will be pivotal in helping our team deliver exceptional ServiceNow solutions to our clients. While technical skills are essential, we also value your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and work collaboratively.

Qualifications

You're a great fit for this role if you have:

  • IT knowledge of Application Development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services...).
  • Experience with tool similar to ServiceNow.
  • Strong soft skills, including communication and presentation abilities, analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Advanced English, both written and verbal communication.
  • IT education or relevant experience in the IT industry.
