Process Mining Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant with strong technical capabilities in data engineering and a sharp understanding of AI/ML technologies. You will work at the intersection of business transformation and intelligent automation, leading and supporting process mining initiatives that help organizations unlock hidden efficiencies, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process Mining & Business Transformation

• Analyze and model end-to-end business processes using process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, PAFnow, Signavio).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases, define KPIs, and deliver measurable process improvements.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable insights.
• Design process dashboards, variants, and root cause analyses.

Data Engineering

• Connect, extract, and transform data from multiple systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, custom DBs, or similar).
• Build robust ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and/or cloud-native tools (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ensure high data quality, scalability, and performance of process mining data models.
• Develop custom connectors or transformation scripts as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field or proven work experience with this scope.
• 3+ years of experience in process mining, data engineering, or digital transformation projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Curious, proactive, and continuous learner.
