  • Zajišťovat plnou shodu s českými, evropskými a mezinárodními předpisy v oblasti bezpečnosti potravin
  • Vzdělávat a školit operátory v principech hygieny – nejen vyžadovat dokonalou čistotu a kvalitu, ale budovat porozumění a podporovat kulturu odpovědnosti za kvalitu přímo na výrobní ploše. 
  • Provádět pravidelné audity a inspekce pracoviště, odhalovat a napravovat odchylky včas a předcházet tak nesouladům dříve, než se rozvinou.
  • Definovat, zavádět a sledovat standardy kvality napříč produkty, procesy a dokumentací
  • Sledovat, analyzovat a reportovat klíčové ukazatele kvality (KPI) a rizikové metriky vedení, upozorňovat na problémy a prosazovat akční plány k jejich řešení
  • Podporovat iniciativy neustálého zlepšování, systematicky identifikovat a odstraňovat neefektivitu procesů a rizika spojená s bezpečností potravin a hygienou. 


The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 let zkušenosti v oblasti zajišťování nebo kontroly kvality, ideálně v potravinářském průmyslu.
  • Znalost HACCP, Správné výrobní praxe (GMP) a relevantní evropské a české legislativy v oblasti bezpečnosti potravin.
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s interními audity, kontrolami dodavatelů a řízením nápravných opatření.
  • Silný smysl pro detail – dokážete rozpoznat a řešit i ty nejmenší odchylky.
  • Asertivní komunikační styl, jistota při řešení nesouladu a schopnost udržet týmy odpovědné za výsledky.
  • Plná profesionální znalost angličtiny a češtiny.
