Co bude náplní Tvojí práce?

  • Komunikovat se zákazníky, kteří jsou v prodlení a upozorňovat je na splatnost jednotlivých splátek
  • Pomáhat zákazníkům řešit jejich finanční situaci - zjišťovat jejich potřeby a případně navrhovat vhodná řešení Hledání přiměřeného řešení klientovy situace
  • Podílet se na koordinaci komunikačních kanálů na zákazníky - kampaně, SMS a e-maily, které jsou zasílány na zákazníky Creditea

  • SŠ vzdělání s maturitou
  • Proklientský přístup
  • Čistý trestní rejstřík
  • Základní práce na PC
  • 1 – 2 roky zkušeností na zákaznickém servisu
  • Anglický jazyk na úrovni B1 - jednoduchá e-mailová komunikace s firmou
  • To je vše, zbytek tě naučíme my :)
