Naše balíčky doručujeme zákazníkům ve 27 zemích Evropy a naše IT oddělení roste s námi. Hledáme nového kolegu na pozici Infrastructure Locality Specialist, který nám pomůže udržet naše technologické zázemí ve špičkové formě, a bude primárně v Brně, nebo na zahraničním skladu.

Co tě u nás čeká?
  • Správa více než 3000 koncových zařízení a přes 4000 mobilních zařízení.
  • Každý měsíc k nám na centrálu nastoupí přibližně 50 nových kolegů – o pestrost práce není nouze.
  • Starost o infrastrukturu napříč 35 lokalitami v Evropě – kanceláře, distribuční centra i prodejny, kde spravujeme tisíce koncových zařízení a viruálních serverů
  • Budeš součástí týmu, který za posledních 8 let vyrostl z 5 na 27 lidí – a možná právě ty budeš tím dalším
Co budeš dělat?
  • Instalovat a konfigurovat počítače, tenké klienty, notebooky, tiskárny, kamery, videokonference, Wi-Fi zařízení nebo MDM systémy.
  • Pracovat s technologiemi jako AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, zálohování, O365, VMware, monitoring aj.
  • Zkoumat zabezpečení koncových stanic s využitím machine learningu.
  • Podílet se na zavádění nových technologií a inovací.
  • Cestovat po našich evropských pobočkách.
  • Poskytovat podporu kolegům prostřednictvím ticketovacího systému.
  • Evidovat veškeré IT vybavení pro udržení pořádku a přehlednosti.

  • Praktika se zkušeností se správou IT zařízení.
  • Komunikativního kolegu, který zvládne podporu uživatelů s úsměvem.

  • Aktivního řidiče (sk. B), který se nebojí vyrazit na cesty.
  • Technicky zdatného "makáče", kterému nevadí ani fyzická práce.
  • Někoho, kdo se chce učit a posouvat se každý den dál.
  • Uchazeče se znalostí angličtiny alespoň na úrovni B1 (psaná i mluvená forma).
