Project Lead v Addvery je ten, kdo drží celý delivery pohromadě: má přehled, řeší problémy v reálném čase a nese odpovědnost za to, že výsledek má kvalitu, kterou klient čeká (a my od sebe taky). První den u nás dostaneš projekty, tým a klienta. A pojedeš. Tempo je vysoké, ale odměnou jsou zkušenosti, na které by jinde padly roky. Pracujeme pro TOP firmy v Česku i zahraničí – retail, finance, technologie, média. Projekty mají dopad, klienti čekají výsledky. A my je doručujeme.

Co to znamená v praxi
  • Rychle si osvojíš prostředí klienta i jeho cíle – ne proto, že máš onboarding checklist, ale proto, že už na prvním callu sedíš s týmem a jedeš reálné zadání.
  • Řídíš lidi i práci: od stand-upů po 1:1, od plánování po řešení průšvihů.
  • Hlídáš čísla a realitu: kapacity, timesheety, fakturační podklady – protože víš, že bez toho se projekt rozsype.
  • Jsi první kontakt pro klienta v operativě. Když se něco děje, jdou za tebou.
  • Vidíš příležitosti – a nebojíš se je pojmenovat. Někdy je to nový projekt, jindy vylepšení procesu.
  • Bereš si část operativy od Engagement Managerů – aby se oni mohli posouvat na strategičtější řízení více projektů.
Jak poznáme, že si to ty
  • Už jsi vedl/a projekty v konzultacích, IT nebo prostředí, kde tempo určuje klient.
  • Umíš dělat rozhodnutí, i když nemáš všechny informace.
  • Ownership pro tebe není buzzword – když je problém, hledáš řešení, ne výmluvy.
  • Dokážeš skloubit strukturu s pružností – a nezastaví tě, když plán dostane nečekanou otočku.
  • Angličtinu máš na úrovni, kdy zvládneš vyjednávat i na náročném callu.
Jak poznáme, že si to ty
  • Ostrý start – od prvního dne řešíš reálné věci, žádný "stínový onboarding".
  • Zkušenosti v zrychleném režimu – co by jinde trvalo roky, tady stihneš během měsíců.
  • Přístup k top klientům a projektům s reálným dopadem.
  • Tým lidí, kteří táhnou za jeden provaz a výsledky jsou pro ně víc než prezentace.
  • Možnost posunout se na Engagement Managera, když ti bude tempo a odpovědnost sedět.
Tohle není pohodová role s časem na "rozjezd". Je to práce, kde se na tebe od začátku spoléhají klienti i tým – a kde si výsledky připíšeš ty. Máš na to?
