Join a digital travel support team based in Athens. As a
Czech-speaking agent, you'll help customers resolve booking problems
using modern tools and structured workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and resolve cases.
  • Document all activity precisely.
  • Work with performance goals and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Czech and good English.
  • Basic tech literacy (CRM/email/chat platforms).
  • EU work eligibility.
  • Ready to relocate to Greece
  • High school diploma
