Your mission isAs a Growth Marketer at Colours, you'll be a key in shaping our clients' success. Your core mission will be to:
- support our clients in identifying and executing growth experiments that drive measurable results
- analyze diverse marketing data to uncover insights and actively contribute to data-driven marketing strategies
- translate business goals into impactful growth initiatives and help optimize customer journeys across various B2C industries.
- continuously seek new ways to improve marketing performance and enhance customer experience for our clients
- collect and analyze marketing data to identify key growth hypotheses and assess their potential impact
- actively participate in brainstorming and executing marketing experiments and campaign optimizations
- gain practical experience with various marketing and analytical platforms (e.g., Bloomreach) and continuously learn new tools and approaches
- ensure smooth and efficient process management for client projects.
we are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running with some foundation in B2C marketing whereexposure to external client work is a huge plus.. Preferably from an agency or consultancy environment and have some experience (or are willing to work) with Bloomreach CDP.
We're looking for someone with:
- experience (even if entry-level) in B2C marketing, understanding how to engage and convert consumers
- some prior experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing marketing role is a significant advantage
- strong communication skills, particularly for collaborating with and presenting to clients
- an analytical mind; the ability to think in numbers, ask probing questions, and find connections in data (e.g., in Excel/Google Sheets or SQL)
- a keen interest in marketing, data, and technology, paired with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
- excellent command of Czech & English (our clients are international)
- you will learn from top experts in the field and gain practical experience on real projects
