Ready to make great merchant deals shine?

We're looking for a Merchant Campaign Coordinator who's organized, curious, and not afraid to dive into the details. You'll join our global marketing team and take charge of how we support and promote merchant deals from hands-on campaign setup to reporting what worked (and what didn't). You'll work closely with internal teams and merchants to make sure the right offers get in front of the right people, at the right time.

What you'll do:
Marketing & Campaign Support

Set up, manage, and optimize basic and premium deal promotions

Launch small, high-impact campaigns across web, app, and mobile

Coordinate with Sales, Vendor Ops, and merchants to align on creative, timing, and goals

Get creative with custom campaign ideas and help bring them to life

Process Improvement

Spot inefficiencies, then fix them

Help standardize what great support looks like across markets

Solve recurring issues with smart, scalable solutions

Reporting & Insights

Monitor campaign performance and share clear, actionable insights

Track trends, gaps, and opportunities to do things better and faster

Support a data-informed marketing operation that drives real results

Who we're looking for
Experience & Background

Solid experience in marketing, sales support, or vendor operations (e-commerce is a plus)

Hands-on with campaign execution, client comms, and performance tracking

Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning multiple moving parts

Skills & Mindset

Sharp eye for detail and process

Confident communicator (internally and externally)

Naturally curious, proactive, and ready to challenge "how it's always been done"

Fluent in English

Bonus if you've used tools like Google Sheets, GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio

What success in this role looks like

Strong campaign results that support both merchant goals and business growth

Clear reporting and data-backed recommendations

Confident ownership of campaign delivery with everything running on time and fully visible to the team
