With the new EU regulation DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), Clearstream Services is building a new team in Prague which will become one of our key functions in supporting the management, steering and controls of the service providers relevant for DORA.
Field of activity
Our Unit Policies & Contract Support is in charge of maintaining a contract lifecycle management system "Sirion" for Deutsche Börse Group. Thereby, we contribute to efficient processing, inventorying and managing contract documents group wide, and we create efficiencies and optimize related workflows.
As part of our team, you will act as a specialist in on one of the most state-of-the art contract lifecycle management systems currently in the market, and you will be gaining skills that will take you forward in your career.
Tasks/responsibilities
- You will be acting as the entry point for our internal customers who are contract owners and who are making everyday use of our state-of-the-art contract management system Sirion
- Over time, you will contribute to strategic initiatives to advance this system, the processes and workflows around end-to-end contract management
- You will act as a specialist for the Sirion system, developing a deep understanding of the functionalities and their translation into functional requirements, providing support, answering inquiries related to authorization rights, tool- and process related questions. One key aspect for us in Deutsche Börse Group is utilizing AI capabilities, and actively guide our internal customers to leverage the entire potential and continue to advance AI capabilities Sirion provides for
- You will interact with group-wide users across all locations of Deutsche Börse Group, thereby having the opportunity to create and maintain a large company network
- You will have exposure to various further ongoing initiatives and projects and actively contribute to the overall goal of the Department to improve and streamline group-wide processes
Qualifications/required skills
- You have completed your university degree in economics, finance, business administration or you have relevant comparable qualification such as three to five years of relevant professional experience in a bank or other financial institution related to Contract Management, Process Improvement or similar
- Ideally, you are already familiar with Sirion or comparable state-of-the-art contract management system, or you are a fast-learner to familiarize yourself with a new tool and process
- You have strong analytical skills, and you enjoy spotting, shaping and delivering continuous improvement in your area of responsibility
- You are interested in banking, capital markets and financial regulatory environments
- You are a team-player with great social and communication skills
- You are well structured, detail-oriented and equipped with excellent organisational skills
- You have very good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; German skills would be an advantage but is not a must
