The group level headquarters Dr. Max BDC is expanding the Finance team and we are looking for a Finance System Specialist who will be responsible for the development, stability, and efficient operation of the Jedox - our financial planning and reporting platform. What will be your responsibilities?

  • Gathering requirements from FP&A and Controlling teams, analyzing them, and translating them into specific system solutions
  • Acting as a key link between business users and technical teams to ensure the sustainable and strategic development of the platform across multiple countries
  • Manage and develop the Jedox system, including backlog management and release planning
  • Perform minor system adjustments independently (e.g., ETL flows, rules, layouts, configurations) and cooperate with developers on more complex implementations
  • Coordinate and align projects across countries to ensure developed solutions can be reused within the group
  • Maintain data quality, system stability, and actively support user adoption

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous relevant experience in financial planning, controlling, BI, or system analysis at least 1 - 3 years
  • Knowledge of planning and reporting tools such as Jedox, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), SAP BPC, CCH Tagetik or experience with building models/reports in Power BI, Excel, or working with data queries (SQL, DAX, MDX)
  • Understanding of financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Net Working Capital) and overall financial logic
  • Experience with project management, including participation throughout the full project cycle – from requirement gathering to implementation and alignment between business needs and technical feasibility
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
