Junior Finance Specialist

We're looking for a Junior Finance Specialist to join our Prague-based team. This is a great entry point into the world of finance – ideal if you enjoy structure, detail, and want to see how finance supports the business day to day.

Your role

At first, your focus will be on processing and entering invoices into our internal system. As you become more confident, you'll gradually get involved in areas like:

• Project pricing and cost analysis
• Controlling and financial reporting
• Supporting continuous improvements across finance processes

• Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
• Basic finance or accounting knowledge (from studies or early experience)
• Solid Excel skills and willingness to learn
• Fluent English and Czech
