Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

Mission and Goals 
Are you interested in web testing and test automation? You could potentially be our future colleague, responsible for developing and executing manual and automated tests for GEN core business systems. Maintain and enhance platform infrastructure supporting Gen products by providing reliable, scalable, and automated systems solutions. Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and achieve shared goals.

Objectives:

• Perform maintenance operations for a 24/7 infrastructure environment and monitor service metrics using cloud-based solutions.

• Develop Terraform modules, automated pipelines, and runbooks to improve infrastructure reliability.

• Participate in web testing activities including analysis, test case creation, manual end-to-end testing, automation, and internal process improvements.

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Validate new features, bug fixes, and enhancements across GEN core business systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement changes, and promote a DevOps and quality-first culture.

• Work autonomously while providing feedback for continuous improvement in both infrastructure and testing processes.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in Linux-based hosting and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies

• Experience in testing API endpoints (HTTP, JSON, XML, etc.)

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)
