Job Description:

As we expand the capacity of our production site, exciting new opportunities are opening up. One of them is the role of Onsite Support Specialist , a key position in our IT team dedicated to keeping our systems running smoothly and our users supported.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes
  • Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
  • Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
  • Monitor system performance across hardware and software.
  • Train users on device functionality and software usage.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
