Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multi-year, global program to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030.
We are seeking a highly capable and resilient Senior Manager to co-lead the data management stream for the S4o9 program in MEU. This critical role will work alongside the MEU Data Management Integration Lead to ensure the end-to-end preparation and seamless project implementation.
The successful candidate will lead a team of SMEs and drive readiness activities, data integration preparation, design preparation, testing, training and change enablement. In addition, the successful candidate will represent the MEU region in global design discussions, serving as the primary interface to translate business needs into executable solutions.
This is a leadership position suited for someone who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments and can lead teams through ambiguity, resistance and transformation fatigue — while keeping business continuity and go-live quality as top priorities.
How you will contribute
You will:
Data Integration & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end data migration and quality validation for all master data objects.
Business Readiness & De-risking: Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring markets are prepared for the implementation.
Testing & Training: Lead data-focused testing cycles (UAT, mock loads) and coordinate training efforts for data teams.
Design Adoption & Smart Fit: Review and adopt the global data design template, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose. Boldly propose practical design enhancements where needed to meet operational realities.
Opportunity Identification: Identify and advocate for cross-market harmonization, automation and continuous improvement opportunities to unlock long-term value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key interface between regional teams and global program functions. Partner with IT, business stakeholders, data governance and local markets to ensure aligned, consistent delivery.
Change Leadership: Drive engagement and clarity across teams, handling resistance with structured, proactive communication.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SMEs across data domains, ensuring delivery excellence and cross-functional alignment.
