W Prague will feature 161 rooms and suites, a rooftop bar and an outdoor terrace, the perfect location for style-savvy locals and guests to enjoy sweeping cityscape views and a fabulous cocktail and culinary experience. The hotel will feature the W Lounge, the brand’s spin on the hotel lobby, along with several restaurants and bars and some ultra-modern event space. In addition, guests are invited to experience the indoor WET pool deck, FIT fitness center and AWAY Spa. Throughout the hotel, the brand’s unique Whatever/Whenever service is always available, delivering whatever they want, whenever they want it. W is a destination, more than a hotel. JOB SUMMARY

Digital Marketing Executive has an eye for content and everything digital, this person is up to date with trends within the online world and always eager to capture fresh content and search for new strategies that are following upcoming trends. The key responsibilities include maintaining the relationship with MI Digital Field Marketing team, ongoing online presence on all mediums, following the brand guidelines, creating compelling and engaging content, monitoring engagement, receiving feedback, and influencer management. Additionally, strong, and meaningful relationships for the department and a local and creative community and has a real understanding of the W culture (values, passion points, personality) and its positioning in the hotel market. This candidate will plan, analyse, and monitor the relevance of posts on the social networks used by the hotel. And organize photo shoots within the hotel and Marriott Bonvoy moments for members of the program. Thanks to your creative side, combined with great organisational skills, this person will oversee the E-commerce, content management, and to be published on websites, OTA’s, social networks etc...

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Executes annual digital marketing plan, in consultation with the Director of Marketing and DFM department.

  • Manages and maintains online presence as well as community management.

  • The liaison between partners and other stakeholders when organizing photo/video shoots at the hotel.

  • Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.

  • Maintains frequent, active engagement with DFM to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.

  • Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.

Social Media Content Management

  • Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).

  • Develops and executes promotional campaign in F&B, spa, and rooms through relevant digital and social media channels.

  • Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.

  • Maintains a comprehensive list of local influencers contracts, with particular emphasis on food and Spa critics/ bloggers.

Direct Marketing and Collateral Development

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the coordination and execution Hotel and F&B printed materials.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager by controlling the quantity and inventory of all Hotel marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner.

  • Manages the execution of F&B direct marketing activities.

  • Verifies all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines and in compliance with Brand Standard Audit (BSA).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Strong local knowledge and especially in B&F

  • Knowledge of In Design, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.

  • Always eager to learn news ways of capture content whether static or video formats.

  • To be knowledgeable in digital platforms and other channels.

  • Very good communication skills, with the ability to interact with key players.

  • Very good written communication skills.

  • English and Czech is required.

  • Good writing and translation skills

  • Ability to work independently.
