  • Různorodost práce: Budete mít na starosti portfolio generických i originálních produktů v terapeutických oblastech hematologie, onkologie a transplantu, včetně uvedení nového produktu v oblasti oftalmologie.
  • Kontakt s lidmi: Váš pracovní den bude plný plánování a organizace prodejních návštěv v nemocnicích a komunikace s širokým spektrem klientů na různých pozicích. Budete budovat a udržovat dlouhodobé vztahy s našimi klíčovými klienty.
  • Strategická spolupráce: Jako součást našeho týmu budete jednat jak s vedením nemocnic a nemocničními lékárnami, tak s příslušnými preskriptory, a současně budete mít možnost podílet se na tvorbě prodejních plánů.
  • Růst a rozvoj: Zvýšení povědomí o našich produktech a společnosti bude vaší prioritou. Také budeme mít příležitost vyhodnocovat kampaně a aktivity konkurence a přispívat k našemu růstu.
  • Reporting: Budete pravidelně reportovat prodejní výsledky a sledovat vývoj svého portfolia.
Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít
  • Ukončené VŠ vzdělání (výhodou je medicínské, farmaceutické nebo přírodovědné zaměření)
  • Upřednostníme kandidáty se zkušenostmi na pozici KAM ve farmaceutické společnosti
  • Výborné komunikační, prezentační a prodejní dovednosti – budete komunikovat s širokou škálou osob od členů vedení nemocnic a lékáren přes lékaře na odděleních až po vnitrofiremní komunikaci a reporting
  • Samostatnost a zodpovědnost jsou klíčové vlastnosti pro úspěch na pozici KAM, kromě toho hledáme flexibilní osobnost, která vnímá změny jako nezbytnou součást na cestě vpřed a týmového hráče, který bude své know-how ochotně diskutovat s kolegy
  • Hledáme aktivní řidiče s ochotou cestovat v rámci svěřeného regionu
  • Dále preferujeme uchazeče se znalostí odborné problematiky, vztahující se k obchodu s léčivými přípravky, s výběrovými a poptávkovými řízeními
  • Výhodou, na které netrváme, jsou předešlé zkušenosti v oblasti hematologie a onkologie či transplantací
