Digital Marketing Manager

 

 

Position:

 

In this role you will lead deployment and optimization of consumer-centric Ploom digital ecosystem and manage all digital elements of consumer journey. The stake is high – you will be driving consumer-centric mindset across the organization by leading by example.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • promote key CEM/digital consumer principles across the organization while developing practical approach in translating consumer understanding into a superior consumer experience,
  • keep consumer journeys, digital touchpoints and activation mechanics up-to-date, relevant and effective,
  • work closely with the Marketing & Sales team and other internal and external partners (Brand Agencies, other partner agencies).

 

Requirements:

 

  • relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG,
  • hands-on experience in interpersonal and team leadership,
  • fluent English & native Czech,
  • knowledge of SEM, eCRM, eCommerce, WMS, IMS, OMS,
  • skilled in negotiations, planning and budgeting,
  • experience in Project Management and budget management,
  • strong communication and influential skills,
  • high school education or University degree (preferred).
