Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy to drive business growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee promotional activities for new product launches.
  • Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Analyze local market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on pricing and reimbursement processes.
  • Support hospital and regional tenders.
  • Participate in local leadership team meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent required; postgraduate business qualification preferred.
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Sales for pharmaceutical/biotech products.
  • Experience in hospital business and/or orphan drugs is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to formulate complex materials and reports.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
