Job Title: Global Credit Card Program Support Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Credit Card Program Support team as a Global Credit Card Program Support Specialist. This role will provide end-to-end support to SAP employees, coordinate policy enhancements, and proactively communicate policy and process changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate credit card inquiries from SAP employees
  • Proactively interact with employees and other departments to solve possible issues related to corporate credit cards
  • Act as a single point of contact for corporate card topics for internal customers – SAP employees
  • Drive change and improve the process
  • Support the implementation of corporate credit card programs
  • Past due reporting and compliance monitoring on a regular basis
  • Educate SAP travelers on corporate credit card policies and procedures
  • Manage corporate credit card applications and cancellations
  • Keep standard operating procedures up to date
  • Fulfill the role of program administrator for SAP corporate credit card programs

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills; Spanish and Mandarin language skills are an advantage
  • Customer orientation, excellent customer care skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Results-driven, ability to work independently with self-motivation and discipline
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and determine right priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of a shared service center concept
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP FI module is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in the Travel and Expense process is an advantage
  • Finance/Business Administration/Accounting degree is preferred
