Main taksk:
- Drive efficient training business development for ZF Aftermarket Off Highway /New mobility (e-mobility) products.
- Continuous evolution and implementation of additional contributing training business strategy elements and action plans leading value-added services, business growth for Off Highway/New mobility training products
- Define & measure governance model, KPI ́s & target setting process together with the Business line Off Highway /New mobility category manager
- Support new content creation for the Business line Off Highway /New mobility.
- Support regional sales and training teams to enhance their training capabilities by providing content overview and sharing platforms.
- Provide training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
- Support to improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.
Your profile:
- Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
- Project management experience
- Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling
- Change management skills
- Experience working in global environment.
- English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
- Product Knowledge about Off Highway and e-mobility is a plus.
