Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in data and analytics implementations.
- 5+ years of experience with data analytics, project delivery and resource management.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise data warehouse principles and/or modern analytics best practices.
- Extensive experience in data management and analytics projects
- Proficiency with modern data platforms and analytics tools (Snowflake and Power BI a plus).
- Working level of SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools that support it.
- Experience in designing and deploying complete analytics solutions in digital platforms for new product development.
- Demonstrated skills in leading remote teams and achieving results with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM development methods
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to inspire team members to share a common vision. Effective upward-influencing skills

Responsibilities
- Accountable to develop and drive the execution of data analytics roadmap for the global functions while partnering with global functions CIO/BRMs, business operations, product, and architecture teams.
- Be single point of contact for the business unit for prioritization, strategy, communication, and deployment of data analytics solutions.
- Work in an agile approach including implementing scrum/sprint methodology.
- Drive, manage and deliver data analytics projects on time, on budget and on value.
- Define data product goals for design, business adoption, and fit within the existing data analytics ecosystem.
- Continuously monitor data product performance, analyze usage and adoption metrics, and iterate/optimize data products to meet stakeholder needs.
- Proactively educate business and digital leadership about current capabilities, their limitations and features available data emerging technologies and influence the implementation of data insights.
- Manage, track and optimize total cost of ownership of global functions data landscape.
- Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting.
- Define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business and digital leadership.
- Support and lead delivery governance and provide updates to sponsors and Steerco.
- Develop and create strong collaboration culture with Stakeholders and team members across the organization.
- Lead workshops, analyze current and future business processes, document user journeys, and coordinate business testing.
Travel:
You will be required to travel as is determined by the needs of our businesses. This position may require travel to business sites up to 25% of the time.
