About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Master Data Manager to join our team at Schleich GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data across all business units globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data quality checks and cleansing processes to identify and correct discrepancies in master data
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and key users to ensure high data quality and completeness
  • Drive master data projects and key group programs in cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and improve the master data lifecycle and change management process
  • Establish a collaboration framework and KPIs to track the progress of master data services
  • Consult with project teams on master data expertise and provide technical capabilities for mass data uploads and downloads
  • Coordinate the MDM Shared Service Center and manage external cleansing agency support
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and connections between different types of master data
  • Experience with AI/KI tools and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
