About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for big data analysis and a talent for bringing valuable business insights to drive successful results. As a Senior Manager in our EMEA Demand Planning Team, you will play a key role in developing insights that support the Long-Term Demand Planning team in producing a more accurate forecast.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To proactively seek out and develop insights that support the Long-Term Demand Planning team in producing a more accurate forecast for both consumer sales and selling in through:
- Defining the question
- Identifying relative data sets
- Conducting comprehensive analysis
- Collaboratively seeking insights
- Forming committed conclusions
- Developing clear and concise visuals for communication
- Driving alignment behind actions
- This will require strong capabilities in understanding the senior audience (General Managers and Market Group heads), being able to position the insights in an audience relative fashion and acquiring alignment for change from this senior audience based on the insights.
- Topics could include:
- Ad hoc business performance – product deep dives, category trends, competitive activity, etc.
- Analysis of statistics – past stat performance, drivers of changes, reliability of adoption, etc.
- Investment analysis - understanding baseline sales and promo impact (in partnership with Finance/Regional Commercial Development)
- External impactors – macroeconomics, global events, political instability, etc.
- To proactively seek out and develop insights that support the Long-Term Demand Planning team in producing a more accurate forecast for both consumer sales and selling in through:

The team you will support is responsible for forecasting the long-term horizon for both sell-in and consumer sales in Western Europe and CEEMEA Market Groups within the EMEA region. These Forecasts are a key part of understanding our business potential and identifying the areas that need focus versus our commercial ambitions.
