  • Listing portfolia energetických nápojů do klíčových obchodních řetězců na moderním trhu a čerpacích stanicích na českém trhu
  • Dosažení a splnění obratových cílů společnosti
  • Průběžně sledování a realizace měsíčního cíle pro každého klienta a pro každou značku
  • Realizace definovaného promočního plánu (leták, sekundární umístění a umístění chladících zařízení)
  • Shromažďování potřebných informací z trhu o konkurenci, jejích aktivitách a zákaznících
  • Aktivace a vyjednávání obchodních podmínek u nového zákazníka – listing produktů, jejich umístění, prodej a podmínky, za kterých bude spolupráce uzavřena
  • Dodržování stanovených KPI ́s a budget
  • Spolupráce s Area sales managerem a trade marketingem
  • Úzká kooperace s Country managerem

POŽADAVKY:

  • Relevantní pracovní zkušenosti v FMCG (minimálně 5 let na obdobné pozici) s klíčovými partnery na moderním trhu a na čerpacích stanicích
  • Nutná praxe v oblasti prodeje v FMCG (rychloobrátkové zboží)
  • Zkušenosti s kategorií nápojů výhodou
  • Seniorní a samostatná osoba s jasně definovaným cíli v prodeji a managmentu zákazníka
  • Silné zaměření na prodej a na klienta, komunikační schopnosti na vysoké úrovni. Vnitřní nastavení uspět ve velmi silném konkurenčním prostředí
  • Schopnost rychle se adaptovat a učit
  • Reporting Country managerovi
  • Řidičský průkaz kategorie B, znalost Microsoftu
