Key Account Manager

- Listing portfolia energetických nápojů do klíčových obchodních řetězců na moderním trhu a čerpacích stanicích na českém trhu
- Dosažení a splnění obratových cílů společnosti
- Průběžně sledování a realizace měsíčního cíle pro každého klienta a pro každou značku
- Realizace definovaného promočního plánu (leták, sekundární umístění a umístění chladících zařízení)
- Shromažďování potřebných informací z trhu o konkurenci, jejích aktivitách a zákaznících
- Aktivace a vyjednávání obchodních podmínek u nového zákazníka – listing produktů, jejich umístění, prodej a podmínky, za kterých bude spolupráce uzavřena
- Dodržování stanovených KPI ́s a budget
- Spolupráce s Area sales managerem a trade marketingem
- Úzká kooperace s Country managerem
POŽADAVKY:
- Relevantní pracovní zkušenosti v FMCG (minimálně 5 let na obdobné pozici) s klíčovými partnery na moderním trhu a na čerpacích stanicích
- Nutná praxe v oblasti prodeje v FMCG (rychloobrátkové zboží)
- Zkušenosti s kategorií nápojů výhodou
- Seniorní a samostatná osoba s jasně definovaným cíli v prodeji a managmentu zákazníka
- Silné zaměření na prodej a na klienta, komunikační schopnosti na vysoké úrovni. Vnitřní nastavení uspět ve velmi silném konkurenčním prostředí
- Schopnost rychle se adaptovat a učit
- Reporting Country managerovi
- Řidičský průkaz kategorie B, znalost Microsoftu
