Sr Account Director, Business Development

Seeking a Senior Account Director, Business Development to secure and retain business for PPD through professional, consultative sales activities.
This is a career-oriented, journey-level position that works on problems of diverse scope, requiring evaluation of identifiable factors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrating RFP strategy calls, developing client proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Making cold calls and client visits, maintaining sales databases, and reporting activity.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through periodic contact and developing recommendations to address dissatisfaction.
- Mentoring and training junior-level staff.
