Job Summary:
DOIT Software is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee our staff augmentation business process. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate presentation and employment processes.
- Analyze sales and performance metrics to improve lead generation and account management processes.
- Supervise the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
