Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate presentation and employment processes.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to improve lead generation and account management processes.
  • Supervise the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
