Develop and implement compliance policies specific to trade compliance changes due to current and future Brexit legislation and EU policy changes. Ensure that contracts include provisions for compliance with applicable export statutes and regulations. Act as GTC liaison with EHS/QC/Regulatory teams to acquire and disseminate Partner Government Agencies required documents or information for Customs clearance. Manage a team of 3 direct reports and collaborate with multiple functional areas, including senior management, supply chain, logistics, sales, project management, finance, HR, IT, and legal. Possess a strong understanding of global trade, supply chain, international operations, or logistics, and a proven track record of 10+ years in a similar role. Demonstrated understanding of basic Project Management principles, research and investigative work, and a collaborative, open management style. Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills, ability to read and interpret government regulations, and ability to travel up to 15-20%.
