Compensation:
Competitive base salary, plus a KPI-based commission model that rewards high achievers and incentivizes long-term growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Management:
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and various other channels.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI while controlling costs, and oversee media buying to drive customer acquisition.

2. Brand Positioning and Optimization:Regularly analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to maximize outreach and conversion while balancing logical resource allocation.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:Actively coordinate with sales, content, and product development teams to ensure aligned efforts and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support company-wide growth and expansion objectives, particularly as we establish our branches in Poland and India.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor KPIs and leverage analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing regular updates on campaign performance.
Develop a KPI-driven approach to achieving targets, with high commission incentives based on measurable achievements.

Locations of business: Madrid and Poland with future expansion to  India and Switzerland.
