  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role within system-level or hardware-centric testing domains.
  • Proven ability to design test strategies and automation frameworks for edge device and backend infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for backend automation development.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) in backend infrastructure environments.
  • Strong system-level debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware-software systems.
  • Knowledge of translating business requirements into detailed testing criteria - Proven ability to define and document test case requirements from scratch - Hands-on experience creating test cases for customer-facing, hardware-integrated, or backend systems

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Hands-On QA and Automation Manager with deep expertise in testing system-level backend solutions that involve hardware management, operational automation, and complex data pipelines. This role focuses on the backend software controlling hardware configurations and systems, with no focus on UI or web-based applications.
