Tech Industry Sales and Business Development Manager

We are Attract Group, a company passionate about the tech industry. We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in generating leads and driving sales.
As a Tech Industry Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for finding new projects, building relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Lead Generation: Actively seeking out new prospects and potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and innovative outreach strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Converting leads into clients by reaching out through cold emails, calls, or direct contact, offering personalized software solutions that address their specific needs.
- Pitching: Presenting our solutions to potential clients, showcasing how we can solve their business problems and deliver value.
- Collaborating with Dev Teams: Working with Project Managers and Developers to estimate project timelines and costs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Leading the negotiation process with potential clients and closing deals to meet your sales targets.
You will work closely with our team to understand client requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their needs. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively present our services and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales. You will be results-driven, motivated by targets and KPIs, and have a passion for the tech industry.
