Team/Role Overview

Risk Systems Support (RSS) is a team which stands as a One Stop Shop for Institutional Clients Group (ICG) & Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) users to escalate Training Queries, Exposure Investigations, Data Quality Concerns, Reports/Data Requests, Business Admin activities or Technology Issues for Credit Risk applications. RSS Team comprehends Citi credit processes and Risk Systems, which enables the team to provide accurate, quality, and timely responses. Team provides global coverage through 3 regional teams located in EMEA, Asia and America. Currently we are looking for an analyst to join EMEA team. ,[Business and technical support for users of Citi Risk Applications utilizing good understanding of apps concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation., Provide support by answering queries as they come across the helpdesk via email or phone. Determine, and advise the cause of the problems that affect day-to-day functionality of the systems, where possible propose creative solutions or workarounds., Provide ad hoc/informal user trainings by identifying users requiring assistance with risk systems., Ensure that enquiries to the helpdesk are responded to and resolved within the timeframes and with high quality., Escalate of unresolved queries related to data integrity issues and data requests., Prevent recurrence of database and user problems by analysing problem management records (FAQs/knowledge base).
