We seek a highly skilled Payroll Accountant to join the international finance team in a great business center in Prague. The ideal candidate will have a strong in accounting and decent analytical skills. On top of that, we offer great flexibility and benefits.Key Responsibilities:
•Managing prepaid rent cards in SAP.
•Preparing cash calls for accommodation expenses.
•Processing TAP payments for accommodation allowances.
•Reviewing cost sheets and supporting documentation.
•Communicating with employees regarding accommodation cost reimbursements.
•Monitoring and processing security deposit returns or deductions.
•Updating and maintaining the accommodation master file.
•Creating prepaid cards for children's education in SAP.
•Participating in and preparing for local audits.
•Accounting for bank transactions in SAP.
•Preparing payroll cash calls.Požadujeme:Qualifications:
•At least 2 year of experience in payroll accounting.
•Understanding of payroll, HR management, and related labor laws.
•Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel.
•Familiarity with the local client landscape and economic conditions.
•Proficiency in English and Russian at a B2 level.
•Strong people skills, ability to build relationships, and resilience under pressure.
•Cross-cultural awareness.
•Capability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
