Job Overview

CSL Behring is a global leader in developing and delivering high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to support the growth of our business in the Czech Republic.

As a Senior Nephrology Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial success in the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with our CEE Commercial Lead to achieve challenging sales targets, acquire new accounts, and further increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with the CEE Commercial Lead.
  • Regular visits to existing and potential customers, focusing on identified key opinion leaders.
  • Acquire new accounts and further increase market share.
  • Track customer performance in the area and provide regular reports to the CEE and local teams.

Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in field sales and/or critical opinion leader development.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
