Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial success in the pharmaceutical industry. Reporting to the CEE Commercial Lead Nephrology, you will be responsible for achieving challenging sales targets in the area and acquiring new accounts to further increase the market share.

  • You will conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers, focusing on identified Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and acquire new accounts to enhance CSL's image within the relevant professions.
  • You will track customer performance in the Area, and periodically review progress against objectives and strategic plans.
  • You will manage tenders' administration closely with the CEE Commercial Nephrology Lead and wholesalers, respecting competition and antimonopoly regulations.
  • You will realize opportunistic spot-business opportunities (short-dated or reworked products, etc.) in the Area.
  • You will plan and execute new product launches and product rationalizations in accordance with strategic plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in field sales and/or critical opinion leader development.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Currently in a rare disease role or specialty experience and established local networks in high unmet need, autoimmune, rheumatology, or renal disease areas.
  • Product launch experience in rare disease/specialty medicine.
  • Experience with optimizing products and services to benefit patients.
  • A solid understanding of the local healthcare market has driven success.
