Pracovní náplň
  • poskytování IT podpory a asistence uživatelům
  • evidování a kategorizování požadavků uživatelů a jejich vyřizování
  • zpracování telefonických žádostí, závažných problémů a jejich řešení
  • dohled na základní funkčnost IT systémů ve společnosti Lidl
  • správa HW, SW a Smart zařízení
  • vypracování návodů a postupů pro kolegy v IT i uživatele z jiných oddělení
  • podpora juniornějších kolegů v týmu
Váš profil
  • velmi dobré komunikační dovednosti, schopnost stanovovat priority
  • pokročilá znalost správy IT a přehled v oblasti IT
  • dobrá znalost operačních systémů MS Windows a produktů MS Office
  • komunikativní znalost anglického nebo německého jazyka
  • znalost serverových a síťových technologií výhodou
