The following adventures await you at Schleich: Support our international Accounts Payable team with a variety of tasks and gain valuable hands-on experience in global finance operations. You will:
  • Validate and process incoming vendor invoices
  • Support invoice matching and posting in SAP
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and clarifications
  • Assist with reminders, payment overviews, and portal maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to resolve open items
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records
  • Act as a back-up for other AP-related activities as needed

Your story so far:
  • You are currently studying (Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field)
  • You have a valid work permit
  • You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with numbers
  • You bring strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • You work well independently and in a team
  • You are confident communicating in English (written and spoken) and ideally in German.
  • Any other European language is a plus
  • Ideally, you have some experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook & Teams)
