Key Responsibilities:
- Full participation in onboarding new employees in Europe (provision of internal access, technical onboarding);
- Technical support for company employees (handling tasks through the ticket system, communication via internal messenger);
- Technical maintenance of the office, including on-demand support for users within the office;
- Remote duty once a month (7 days/nights, communication via duty Telegram, assistance via remote desktop applications);
- Assistance with inventory and equipment tracking, procurement, and shipping across Europe;
- Sending and receiving equipment for employees, with prior or subsequent setup;
- Storing equipment at home for quick configuration and further shipping.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating systems at an advanced level;
- Familiarity with cloud storage, Kubernetes, and other digital tools;
- Ability to automate routine tasks and dedicate more time to development and professional growth;
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
