Key Responsibilities:
As a German-speaking Air Travel Consultant, your primary contact will be with airline customers. You will handle incoming calls in German and English to provide expert guidance on airline policies, terms, and travel-related queries. Your goal will be to deliver fast, friendly resolutions while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will require fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written. You must be willing to relocate to Brno or already reside in the Czech Republic. Strong computer skills are essential, as you will need to navigate different systems quickly and efficiently. A positive and resilient attitude is also crucial, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with night shifts.

What We Offer:
We provide a full-time role with an option to transition to part-time after six months (based on performance). You will have a structured work schedule, with shifts planned two weeks in advance. You will also receive relocation support, including 10 weeks of accommodation, travel reimbursement, and a SIM card provided upon arrival. Our comprehensive training program will ensure you are ready to succeed in your new role.
