Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Air Travel Consultant to join our team in Brno. As a German-speaking professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to airline customers, handling incoming calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from airline customers in German and English
Provide expert guidance on airline policies and travel-related queries
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and high-quality solutions
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

Requirements:

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
Willingness to relocate to Brno or already residing in the Czech Republic
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate different systems quickly and efficiently
Positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle the fast pace and night shifts
